Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are printed and shipped from Jefferson City, Missouri.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard production time is 5–7 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the carrier selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are custom-made, returns are only accepted within 3 business days of delivery and must meet the following conditions:
Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Return must be approved before sending the item back
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect or printing error on our part.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or correct the item as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders begin processing quickly. Cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
What types of shirts do you offer?
We offer both polyester and cotton shirts, depending on the design and printing method. If you’re unsure which is best for your order, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Do colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and the printing process. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Is there an extra charge for artwork cleanup?
Yes. Designs that require extensive artwork cleanup, resizing, or recreation may incur an additional fee. We will contact you for approval before proceeding if this applies.
How do I submit my design for a custom order?
After purchase, please email your design and any notes to:

Do you offer bulk or fundraising orders?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing and fundraising options for churches, schools, teams, and organizations. Contact us directly to discuss your project.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Custom Products
Many of our products are custom-made. By submitting artwork or approving a design, you confirm that:

Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Payment is required at checkout
Orders may not be canceled once production has started
Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary by carrier and are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only within 3 business days of delivery and must be approved prior to return.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of:

Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery with photos.
Artwork Cleanup Fees
Additional charges may apply for extensive artwork cleanup, resizing, or recreation. Customers will be notified before work begins.
Color & Print Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly from screen previews due to monitor settings and printing processes. This is not considered a defect.
Shipping
Orders ship from Jefferson City, Missouri. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
